Jordan Gate Towers
Jordan Gate Towers is a high class commercial and residential project currently under construction in Amman, Jordan.
They are located in west Amman, close to the 6th Circle.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=#Jordan Gate )〕 The towers are one of the best known skyscrapers in the city, and will become the tallest structures in Amman upon completion, thus surpassing the 31-floor Le Royal Hotel.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Amman Voice: Jordan Gate )〕 The towers will also host the new Hilton Hotel, the first in Jordan.The developers are Bahrain's Gulf Finance House, the Kuwait Investment and Finance Company (KIFC), DTZ, and Al Hamad Contracting Co.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=JORDAN GATE )〕 To date it is still unknown how tall the towers will be with many estimating approximately 200M. The project was hindered due to a capital related problem between the owner of the project and contractor, following the Global financial crisis in 2009.〔http://ar.ammannet.net/news/51254〕 There are currently ongoing negotiations on finding a solution for the project which has been on hold since 2012.
